実行ファイルのdirpath

version3未満の場合

$ScriptDir = $MyInvocation.MyCommand.Path
echo $ScriptDir

version3以上の場合

$ScriptDir = $PSScriptRoot
echo $ScriptDir
C:\Users\hoge1\Desktop
