perl html::templateのインストール

1. http://www.cpan.org/
2. perl modulesへ
3. categoryへ
4. 15_World_Wide_Web_HTML_HTTP_CGI/ へ
5. HTML/のHTML-Template-2.9.tar.gzをダウンロード
6. 解凍してtemplate.pmのみをusr/lib/html/template.pmへコピー
